On Voucher-tine Day, Let’s Get the Real Skinny on ESAs

Are you feeling confused about Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) in Nevada? You are not alone!

On one hand, in 2016 the Nevada Supreme Court put an end to ESAs (which are ultimately private school vouchers).

On the other, Treasurer Dan Schwartz continues to sign up families for the program, and Gov. Brian Sandoval recommended pulling $60 million from the state budget to fund vouchers.
