Jessica Levin is an attorney at Education Law Center in Newark, New Jersey, where she recently completed a Skadden Fellowship.  Her practice focuses on advocacy for English Language Learner students and includes representation of individual families as well as impact litigation.  In addition to supporting the pro bono team challenging Nevada’s voucher program, she tracks school voucher and charter school litigation nationwide.

Prior to joining ELC, Ms. Levin clerked for the Honorable Carlos F. Lucero on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  Ms. Levin received a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Latino Law Review and president of the HLS Advocates for Education.  She holds an M.Phil. from the University of Oxford and a B.A. from Cornell University.
